Reminder of Special Town Meeting on 1/28/21

A Special Town Meeting has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Swallow-Union Elementary School’s gymnasium.  A public hearing was held (click here to see a video recording), in accordance with §4 of the Advisory Board By-Law via Zoom, for the consideration of the two (2) warrant articles.

Masks and social distancing will be required at the town meeting. N95 masks will be distributed to voters at the voter check-in area. Please enter by the side door facing the Town Common. Any voters who refuse to wear a mask will be directed to a special overflow area. The gymnasiums exterior doors will be open and proper ventilation ensured. Those planning to attend should dress appropriately. The quorum has been reduced to 10 registered voters for this meeting, any voter is welcome to attend, the quorum is reduced only for health and safety reasons related to COVID. The Board of Selectmen are keeping the meeting warrant as short and non-controversial as possible to aid the speed of the meeting. As always we expect the citizens of Dunstable to make the best personal decisions for themselves regarding the risk of attending. If you are sick please do not attend the meeting.
