Phase 3 Town Hall Re-Opening to the Public Notice

To Dunstable Residents:                                                                                                                                                                                        July 2, 2020

Beginning on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, Town Hall will begin re-opening to the public on a limited schedule. The re-opening is contingent on Governor Baker transitioning to Phase 3 of the State’s re-opening plan on July 6, 2020.

During Phase 3 Town Hall will generally be open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. The number of staff in the building at anyone time will be limited. It is strongly encouraged that you email or call the department that you need to interact with in advance to ensure they will be available to help you. In addition, when staff are not here, they are remain available remotely through email or phone. Please consult the department directory at www.dunstable-ma.gov. The Town Clerk’s Office will be available by appointment only during July.

Best practice hygiene and cleaning standards have been adopted pursuant to the State’s re-opening guidelines. Face masks and social distancing are expected when you are in the building. A visitor’s log is inside the front door to enable public contact tracing, please sign in and out when you visit. Sanitizer is available for you to use when completing interactions.

These hours are temporary and will be revisited based on the progress of the State’s re-opening plan.

The Board of Selectmen has voted to hold Annual Town Meeting on Thursday, July 30 at 7 pm at Larter Field under a tent. The Annual Town Meeting Warrant and other preparatory information will be made available in the coming week.
