The Affordable Housing Committee invites residents to learn more about affordable housing proposals

Next Thursday, January 26 at 6 PM at Town Hall, the Affordable Housing Committee is interviewing respondents to the Request for Proposals for a long-term lease of land at 160-164 Pleasant Street for an anticipated affordable housing project. Residents are invited to attend to hear directly from the two finalists: MCO & Associates, Inc. and Arch Communities. At the meeting, the finalists are expected to provide a 20-minute presentation followed by a brief question and answer period. The land at 160-164 Pleasant Street is located behind the post office. One submission proposes the construction of 44 housing units, and the other proposes 59 housing units. As part of the project proposals, all units would qualify toward Dunstable's Subsidized Housing Inventory as required by the state. You can view the two finalists' proposals below.
