2022 Prospective Juror List Available for Public Inspection at Town Hall

                                                            2022 PROSPECTIVE JUROR LIST

Notice is given that the 2022 Prospective Juror List has been filed with my office for the Town of Dunstable and is now available for public inspection pursuant to MGL Chapter 234A, Section. 15.  The presence of a resident’s name on the Prospective Juror List does not necessarily mean that person will be issued a juror summons.  However, a person cannot be summoned as a juror if his or her name does not appear on the Prospective Juror List.  Certain residents’ names will be suppressed in any given year for a variety of reasons, ranging from permanent medical disqualifications to those who have performed jury service in the last three years, but in general all eligible residents will appear on the Prospective Juror List.
