PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30pm on Monday, January 24, 2022, by Zoom, to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Timothy Jusczak (Coljack Development Corp.) for property owned by Richard Hughes, Trustee and located on River Street, Map: 2-4-0, to confirm wetland boundaries delineated on the property and shown on accompanying plans.  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).  Plans are available on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.  Please call to review.  The Zoom information will be posted on the Conservation Commission agenda that will be posted on the Town Website on January 19.
