PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 6:30pm, the Dunstable Conservation Commission, by Zoom, will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to install a low-pressure natural gas distribution line.  Request submitted by Boston Gas Company, 40 Sylvan Rd, Waltham, MA 02451 for property located within Hall Street, School Street, Groton Street and Kemp Street, and to the residences of abutting properties along these roadways in Dunstable, MA.  The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw.  The RDA is on file in the Commission office at the Town Hall.  Please call 978-649-4514 x230 or email [email protected] to review the application.  Information to log onto Zoom to attend the public meeting will be published on the Conservation Commission agenda (www.dunstable-ma.gov) five days before meeting.
