PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 by Zoom, 6:30pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Cheryl Finn for property owned by Ms. Finn and located at 504 Forest Street, Map 23, Block 16-0.  The applicant proposes to install a new septic system to replace a failed system for the existing single-family home, with associated site grading. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.  Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.  For information email: [email protected]  Please log onto the town website (www.dunstable-ma.gov) the Wednesday before the meeting for Zoom information.
