PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - continuation

 

 

The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a continuation of a Public Hearing at 6:30pm on Monday, June 14, 2021, by Zoom, to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Scott Bonefant for property owned by Ross Deachman and located at 160 Westford Street, Map: 18-2-0, to confirm wetland boundaries delineated on the property and shown on accompanying plans.  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40 (as amended) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw (as amended).  Plans are available on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.  Please call to review.  The Zoom information will be posted on the Conservation Commission agenda that will be posted on the Town Website by June 19.
