PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

At its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 6:30pm, virtually through Zoom, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) to install 5,340 linear feet of four-inch diameter plastic residential gas main along Hall and School Streets.  Twenty-one service tees will also be installed to service residences along both streets.  Portions of the proposed work will occur within the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Inland Bank and Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW), the 200-foot Riverfront Area, Bordering Land Subject to Flood (BLSF), Areas of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC), and Priority & Estimated Habitats of Rare Species (PH/EH).  These areas are regulated under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (WPA, M.G.L. c.131 § 40) and the Town of Dunstable Wetlands Bylaw and implementing regulations.  Application submitted by Colonial Gas Company (d/b/a National Grid).  The RDA is on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.  Please call 978-649-4514 x230 or email [email protected] to review the application.

Information to log onto Zoom to “attend the public meeting” will be published on the Conservation Commission agenda five days before the June 8 meeting.
