The Dunstable Planning Board has cancelled their meeting and the public hearing on the proposed changes/additions to the Zoning Bylaw that was to be held today, Monday, March 16 at 7:30pm.

 

They have also cancelled their April 6 and April 20 meetings.

 

 

The Zoning Bylaw hearing has been rescheduled to Monday, April 27 at 7:30pm at the Dunstable Town Hall lower level.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding proposed amendments to the “Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Dunstable” and the “Zoning Map of Dunstable, Mass.” pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 5, of the Massachusetts General Laws, and the Planning Board fee schedule, as follows:

Amending the Zoning Bylaws by making various housekeeping amendments concerning “Section 6.7 Uses Permitted by Special Permit” and “Section 20 Definitions” of the Zoning Bylaw.

Adding a new Town Center District as an overlay zoning district, by adding a new Section 22, modifying certain provisions of Section 3.2 and Section 6, and amending the Zoning Map of Dunstable, Mass. by designating the new Town Center District.

Fee Schedule:  adding the word “use” after Special Permit and “when the Site Plan is not part of a Special Permit Application” after Site Plan Review.

 

Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place specified above. Complete text and map of the proposed amendments may be viewed at the Dunstable Town Hall, Office of the Board of Selectmen, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday or by appointment.
