PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 24, 2020 at the lower level - Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, 7:30pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by William & Jean Primeau for property owned by the Primeau’s and located at 670 Main Street - Map 12, Block 3, Lot 0.  The applicant proposes construction of a septic system for an existing single family home.  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.  Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.  For information, call 978-649-4514 x230.
