meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so
declares in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 30A, 21 a-3, (Units A, C&D) and to comply with, or act under the authority
of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act
(FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records (Special Education). Return to
regular session.
