Tyngsborough Dunstable Historical Society is a non-profit membership organization, open to everyone who is interested in learning more about local history and sharing that history with others.

The Society has its roots in a group of Tyngsborough residents who gathered in 1939 to study their local history. They were joined in 1945 by Dunstable residents with similar interests. They became known as the Tyngsborough Dunstable Historical Society in 1951 and formally incorporated in 1967.
