PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, MGL c.131 §40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Dunstable General Wetland Bylaw, the Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a joint public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 6:50pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Matthew Raymond-215 Pleasant LLC for property owned by Matthew Raymond-215 Pleasant LLC and located at 215 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA Map 12, Block 41 Lot 0. 215 Pleasant LLC proposes installing a new septic system on a previously developed site within the 200ft.
