Dunstable has adopted a quarterly tax payment system, starting in Fiscal Year 2007 (July 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007). This document explains how the quarterly tax payment system works.

Property taxes are due quarterly on August 1, November 1, February 1, and May 1.
Property is assessed for local tax purposes at its full and fair cash value, as of January 1 of each year. Every three years, every community's assessments must be reviewed by the State Commissioner of Revenue and certified as meeting legal standards. The next reviews are scheduled for: F/Y2008 and F/Y2011.
