Special Notice for Property Owners regarding Snow Removal & the Town's Anti-Litter Bylaw Provisions

•§2. Whoever shall discard, shovel, throw or pile snow in a public way after Police warning not to do so shall be punished by a fine of Twenty-Five Dollars.
Highway Department
Provides road maintenance and snow removal services on public roads. Works with the Fire Department and Police as needed for emergencies.
Tree Warden
Provides for the removal or replacement of public trees when necessary.
