Local Youth to Appear in Disney’s Mulan Jr.

Peacock Players is proud to celebrate honor, courage, and the importance of family with their production of Disney’s Mulan Jr. from February 15-17 at the 14 Court Street Theatre in Nashua, NH. Travel back to the legendary, story-telling days of ancient China with this action-packed stage adaptation of Disney’s Mulan. The Huns have invaded, and it is up to the misfit Mulan and her mischievous sidekick Mushu to save the Emperor! Mulan Jr. is a heart warming celebration of culture, honor and a fighting spirit.

Joining the cast as Chi Fu is Dunstable’s Alex Giggey. Alex is a seventh grade student at the Groton-Dunstable Regional Middle School. Alex’s last appearance with the Peacock Players was in the teen ensemble of The Christmas Spectacular (Swiss Colony Beef Log soloist). Favorite past roles include Augustus Gloop in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Peter in The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. Alex is a member of Peacock’s comedy improv troupe, Technical Difficulties.
