Revolving Fun Expenditure Limits

Article 6 is necessary to establish expenditure limits on Town Revolving Funds, of which there are six. Revolving funds separately account for specific revenues and earmarks them for expenditures for a particular purpose to support the activity or program that generated the revenues.
